Outfit Glamours
Outfit glamours, introduced in patch 7.1, condense a set combination of items, or a partial set, into a single slot in the glamour dresser. Items condensed in this manner can still be added to glamour plates individually and used to glamour equipment from an inn room, just like any other item stored in the glamour dresser; they simply take up less space when stored together. Like with regular glamours, Glamour Prisms are required to create outfit glamours. As of patch 7.5, this feature works primarily with level 1 glamour sets, Artifact Armor, PvP gear, and most dungeon gear.
Compatible Items
Gear that can be part of an outfit glamour are denoted by a "+" mark over the glamour dresser icon in the upper right corner of the item help window.
After selecting a compatible piece of equipment, open the subcommand menu and select "View Outfit Glamour-ready Items" to produce a list of equipment required to create an outfit glamour with the chosen item.
Creating Outfit Glamours
1. Access the glamour dresser, locate a compatible item in the Equipment Selection window, and press the Outfit Glamour icon next to it.
2. The specific equipment and number of glamour prisms required will be displayed. With any number of the relevant gear pieces in your possession, select "Store as Glamour." It is not required to possess a full outfit set when creating an outfit glamour. The number of glamour prisms consumed when creating an outfit glamour will be based on the number of pieces added to the outfit.
3. The selected equipment will be condensed into a single slot and stored in the Outfits category of the glamour dresser.
If you wish to retrieve the items from the glamour dresser, open the subcommand menu and select "Restore Item" to retrieve the individual pieces of your choosing.
The number of pieces currently in an outfit glamour will now be displayed on each set in the Outfits tab of the Glamour Dresser. If all possible pieces of an outfit glamour have been placed in the Glamour Dresser, the number of pieces will be displayed in orange. For outfit glamours with pieces missing, the number will be displayed in white.
If you have stored a partial outfit glamour and wish to store extra pieces, you may do so via the following method:
- In the Glamour Dresser window, select "Add Missing Outfit Gear" from the subcommand menu.
- Select the "Outfit Glamour" option on the pieces you wish to store.
The number of glamour prisms consumed will be based on the number of pieces added to the outfit glamour.
Caveats
Normal- and high-quality equipment cannot be mixed when storing an outfit glamour.
Unlike glamouring other gear, equipment stored as an outfit glamour will lose any dyes previously applied. However, you may still re-dye the items after they have been used to glamour current equipment or added to a glamour plate.
