Lore
“"Don't you know better'n to sneak up on a dwarf mid-flagon?"
The Tholls' strongest warrior at two and twenty summers, Giott was tasked by their village elders with slaying the sin eater Sophrosyne—it and its uncanny resemblance to Lamitt, infamous disgrace to all dwarvenkind. Pursuit of that goal found the frequently soused dwarf in the Crystarium and the company of a resourceful adventurer. During their travels together, Giott learned the truth behind the narrative surrounding Lamitt, and was forced to examine the cruelty perpetuated by dwarven tradition. The hunter would go on to defy that tradition in the name of defeating Sophrosyne and, more significantly, helping Lamitt's spirit find peace. Head held high in exile, Giott can generally be found at the Wandering Stairs, downing copious amounts of grog and threatening fools with a righteous dwarven decking.

The Ol' Barrel
“The hollow head of this otherwise ordinary warhammer is generally filled with hard liquor to be consumed in the case of emergency. Unsurprisingly, the liquid sloshing around inside makes for an unbalanced weapon, causing Giott to abandon it in favor of a fist or two when the situation calls for finesse—or simply swifter violence.
