Happy bunny FATEs respawn automatically on a timer so long as there are no happy bunnies left following player characters.
In most data centers, this FATE is very commonly active at most times. However, few players choose to participate in it due to its inconvenient location and its treasure locations being surrounded by higher-level enemies that will aggro to even level cap players, making the treasure hunt a nuisance. The other bunny FATE, 
Down the Rabbit Hole is more popular.
