I find the removal of potencies baffling, moreso considering the same user who removed potencies added detailed cast and lock times. At least some subset of users visit this page specifically to check LB potencies, which aren't listed in game. Without those potencies, people interested in the potency per second of the LB actions can't calculate them. Thinking of each LB in relative terms is an interesting exercise but not altogether as useful as listing potencies; people who are interested in the relative powers can perform simple arithmetic division of potencies to determine "how many Skyshards worth of damage" another limit break does, but people cannot use "how many Skyshards" to determine the relative power of a limit break to a Flare, a Moulinet, a Misery, a Setsugekka. All other attacks in the game and on this wiki present their potencies because that's what people do arithmetic with. As such, I will be adding the potencies back into the article imminently. Rongway (talk) 13:06, 28 September 2021 (UTC)

:The listed potentiates were totally wrong and based on outdated info from over 5 years ago. Also, limit break damage depends on an average of the entire party's weapon ilvl, so determining a generic "potency" equivalent is impossible. I removed misinformation. Freedom4556 (talk) 15:18, 28 September 2021 (UTC)
::Yeah, you're right, sorry. I couldn't find any recent citations so I've left the page alone. I disagree about the impossibility of determining potency values for limit breaks, though; with enough data it should be possible to find a scaling based on mean party weapon IL that relates "well enough" in the way that individual non-crit non-dhit damage scales with character IL given similar sets of substats, and once accounting for traits like Maim & Mend / Action Damage Up. Obviously it wouldn't be easy and we can't know the exact values without them being in a mineable space, but I don't think it'd be impossible. Guildhests are instanced group quests, usually involves a mini-dungeon or boss fight, that players can complete for experience and gil. Guildhests are designed to teach players basic group mechanics that will be needed later on during Dungeons and Trials. Initial Guildhests are quite easy, they become difficult as players level up and delve deeper. After completing at least one Guildleve, you can then talk to a Battlewarden after completing Simply The Hest (starting region specific) to unlock Guildhests.

Gil, experiences, and Grand Company seals are rewards for completely Guildhests. There is also a initial first-time bonus awarded per job, per character.

Unlocking Guildhests
First you must unlock Guildleves. Each region has their own Guildleve unlock quest. Afterwards to unlock Guildhests, you must speak with a Battlewarden in one of the 3 original cities. To enter specific Guildhests, you must be at the required level otherwise the duty will not be available. Duty Roulette: Guildhests unlocks immediately upon completion of the first guildhest. The roulette can select from any of your unlocked guildhests, even if you have not yet completed your most recently unlocked guildhest.
