* Severian explains that his previous attempt to resurrect his lost love failed to take into account the necessity for a spiritual anchor. Speak with W'bulea in Pearl Lane, and ask if she might spare the guildmaster an object that W'nahja held dear.

* W'bulea is unable—or unwilling—to give you any items that her sister might have treasured. Though thoroughly out of patience with Severian's experiments, she suggests visiting W'nahja's admirers to see if they can help you in your quest. Speak with adventurers in the Quicksand and merchants at the Ruby Road Exchange to learn of any objects that could suit the guildmaster's needs.

* After speaking with W'nahja's admirers, you learn that the conjurer was fond of a certain wand. Recreate her high-quality budding rosewood wand and affix to it a grade three quicktongue materia, before delivering the weapon to Severian at the Alchemists' Guild.

* With the final component of the process in place, Severian finally succeeds in resurrecting W'nahja. The reunion, however, is short-lived—after dispelling the guildmaster's lingering feelings of guilt, the conjurer fades into the aether. W'bulea: Yet as was true for many an Eorzean, the night of the Calamity brought a brutal end to their joy. I had volunteered to join the Allied forces, and, perhaps feeling a twinge of our old wanderlust, W'nahja chose to join me. It became her last adventure...

::I am not referring to the textures at all. I am talking about the extreme, overly-saturated colors of the whole video. The entire color space of the game is fan-modded with some plugin or program to use some atomic deep-fried coloration that's extremely uncomfortable to look at and would greatly upset the developers and artists of the game if they knew this is how the fans were deciding to preserve it. I would ask you to take a minute to look at a quest recorded by anybody else and observe the dramatic difference side by side. It is not a small difference. It is way, way off of what the intended art is supposed to be. If the game were to ever go offline but we only had this radioactive-looking archive to remember it by, it would be deeply unfortunate not only to the fans but also the creators.

==Walkthrough==
Obtain this quest by talking to Geva after completing [[Dissension in the Ranks]]. She will explain that after withdrawing from the exhibition, the leatherworker’s guild has experienced an influx of clients. She requests that the player deliver a choker to [[Dauid]], west of the Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre Aethernet Shard (x:9.3, y:8.1). Dauid reveals himself to be a representative of Angrbotha, and offers the player a job. Return to Geva to inform her of this revelation. She reveals many renowned leatherworkers are withdrawing from the exhibition, leaving the path clear for Angrbotha to win top honors. She then tasks the player with representing the leatherworker’s guild in the exhibition. She tasks the player with the creation of a [[Raptorskin Jerkin|raptorskin jerkin]] {{HQ}} melded with a [[Gatherer's Grasp Materia III|gatherer's grasp materia III]]. A raptorskin jerkin requires: 1 [[Boar Leather|boar leather]], 2 [[Raptor Leather|raptor leather]], 1 [[Undyed Felt|undyed felt]], and 1 [[Electrum Ingot|electrum ingot]]. The jerkin can also be obtained from the Market, it does not need to be crafted by the player. The same is true for the required materia, this is recommended as it can be quite time consuming, and is highly luck dependent to obtain naturally.

Once the Jerkin has been obtained/crafted, and the materia has been melded to it, deliver it to [[Estaine]], outside the Amphitheatre (x:10.1, y:8.8). After the cutscene, return to the leatherworkers guild to speak to Geva. Doing so will finish the quest. Note that all optional rewards can be crafted.

*The customer to whom you delivered the choker turned out to be none other than [[Dauid]], owner of Angrbotha Apparel and Accoutrements, the organization responsible for many of the guild's recent troubles. Not content to disparage Geva and her work, the charlatan also has the audacity to offer you employment. Return to the [[Leatherworkers' Guild]] and inform Geva of this troubling development.

*Incensed by Dauid's words, Geva bids you represent the Leatherworkers' Guild at the upcoming exhibition.
