If you like to be a Botanist you can start to obtain the Job in Gridania (Old Gridania - Greatloam Growery) from Fufucha.

You can obtain Latex from Mature Trees in Central Shroud (Location:Jadeite Thick, NorthEast from Bentbranch Meadows)
